Done Right From Day One

A CNC machine that isn't installed correctly won't perform correctly — no matter how good the machine is. Maz CNC handles the full installation process: rigging and placement, precision leveling and squaring, axis alignment, control configuration, and first-part verification.

We've installed machining centers, lathes, EDM machines, and CNC-controlled specialty equipment across New England. We coordinate with your facilities team, your riggers, and your tooling vendors to make the installation go smoothly.

Staff Training Included

When Maz CNC installs a machine, your team learns how to take care of it. We train your operators and maintenance staff on the full maintenance schedule — daily checks, weekly service, 300-hour and 1000-hour intervals.

We also document the installation in a full report, including baseline calibration data, parameter settings, and any notes on the specific machine's behavior. This becomes part of your machine's maintenance record.
